Terms and Conditions

02. Rental Requirements

• Renters must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license held for at least one year is required.
• A credit card in the renter's name is necessary for security deposit purposes.
• Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be registered on the rental agreement.

03. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equivalent to one day's rental.

04. Vehicle Pick-up and Return

Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed-upon times and locations. Late returns may incur additional charges. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was received, allowing for normal wear and tear.

05. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, a refueling fee will be charged based on current fuel prices plus a service charge.

06. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included in the rental price. Additional coverage options are available for purchase. The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by the insurance policy.

07. Prohibited Uses

Vehicles may not be used for:

• Illegal activities
• Off-road driving (unless explicitly permitted for specific vehicles)
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Racing or speed testing
• Transporting more passengers than the vehicle is designed for

08. Modifications to Terms

Bookadrive Dubai reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

09. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
